Using older versions of Internet Explorer messes up the module positioning. This website is built mainly for Firefox and newer versions of IE. Most experienced internet users use firefox as their default browser, due to its safety and speed, it is also less resource hungry than IE.
Here's some helpful links for those of you who wish to upgrade themselves from IE to Firefox. Alternatively you can upgrade your internet explorer to IE8.
